Could Washington State Approve Long-Term Care Insurance?

Washington State may be the first to approve the nation’s first publicly-funded insurance program. The measure with a maximum benefit of $36,500 would aid those who need aid with at least three activities of daily living.  Universal public long-term care insurance is widely available throughout the developed world.
