Average Rate Decrease of 3.25% As Washington’s Individual Health Insurance Market Grows

Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler has approved a record low average rate decrease of -3.25% for Washington’s 2020 individual health insurance market.  With two new health insurers – PacificSource Health Plans and Providence Health Plan entering the market, the number of insurers grows to 13.  For more information, please see Office of the Insurance Commissioner.
